Before Regenerative Efforts

Our 1-acre plot was once a neglected land, located in the middle of a neighbourhood, littered with mountains of waste and degraded with compacted, clayish red soil underneath. It was barren and lifeless, incapable of supporting any meaningful growth. For over a decade, the neighbouring community treated it as a place to discard rubbish without a second thought.

Current Thriving State

After embracing permaculture and regenerative agriculture principles, the land has undergone a remarkable transformation. We enriched the soil with homemade compost from chicken manure (from our associated company), liquid organic fertilisers, and natural amendments, restoring its fertility.

Today, it thrives as a lush, productive haven, providing us with nutrient-dense produce and showcasing the power of sustainable, closed-loop farming practices. the community is now actively involved in this transformation—neighbors contribute food scraps to our composting efforts, turning waste into a resource. This collaboration has fostered a renewed sense of connection to the land, which once held no value to them. It’s now a shared space of pride, growth, and sustainability.
