National Children’s Day: English Fun Day at the Farm

To celebrate National Children’s Day, we filled the farm with even more laughter and energy. Students from the same three schools joined us for a day of learning English through fun, hands-on activities.

They learned plant-related vocabulary from their school curriculum — from the parts of a plant to how plants get their “food.” Activities included:

Language games and outdoor challenges: Identifying leaf type
A demonstration on plant propagation: Grafting and cutting
Hands-on practice cutting stems for propagation

Our Activities

For many, it was their first time trying something like this — and hopefully not the last! We hope the experience built their confidence, deepened their connection to nature, and showed that real-life learning is just as important as classroom learning.
